Return and Refund

Returns

I accept returns on all artworks EXCEPT those which are commissioned made to order or personalized.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Once a return has been requested the customer has 14 days to return the item.

Please ensure that returned artworks are packed sufficiently (please reuse the original packaging if it’s still serviceable) and that you use a suitable signed for, tracked and insured delivery method.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received in its original condition a full refund, minus the original delivery costs to you, will be given. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return delivery receipt

Damaged or Lost in transit artworks

In the event that your delivery is damaged or lost in transit then a full refund will be given, or if possible the item will be replaced/repaired.

For damaged artworks – please keep all packaging and any damaged items as evidence until the claim is resolved. Please also take photographs of any damage as evidence.

Refunds cannot be given for any loss or damage that occurs to your delivery if it was left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

For lost artworks – Once the shipping/delivery company have confirmed and accepted responsibility of a loss a refund can be made.
